Mahnaz Bahri Khomami

Dr Mahnaz Bahri Khomami is a postdoctoral research fellow at Monash University and Monash Health, working within the Monash Centre for Health Research and Implementation. Her research focuses on women’s health across the life course, with a particular emphasis on polycystic ovary syndrome, high-risk pregnancy, and cardiometabolic outcomes.
She has extensive experience in epidemiology, systematic reviews, and large-scale data analysis, contributing to international evidence synthesis and guideline development. Her work has been published in leading journals and has informed clinical practice and policy in women’s health.
Dr Bahri Khomami is actively involved in global collaborations and multidisciplinary research initiatives, with a strong interest in improving maternal and reproductive health outcomes through evidence-based care and translation into practice. She also contributes to mentoring students and early career researchers and is engaged in international networks focused on women’s health and endocrine disorders.
